      Put all above ingredients in blender - mix until smooth - ENJOY!

This is my go-to breakfast - it packs a punch with everything I need to be a powerhouse for the day. Added bonus - it tastes unbelievably delicious!! I put it in my "take to go" large container with me on my way out the door.
